This Website Use Policy governs access to realmofwarriors.games and its services. Intellectual property ownership, licensing terms, and copyright protections are governed separately under the Realm Agreement (Copyright Policy).

By accessing this website or creating an account, you agree to this Policy and the Realm Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

1. Platform Access

Access to Realm of Warriors content is account-based and licensed. Digital materials remain on-platform and are not downloadable.

Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of MagiTomes LLC.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

By registering, you affirm:

“I am at least 13 years of age. If I am under 18, I represent that I have permission from a parent or legal guardian.”

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Circumvent security systems
• Share account credentials
• Use automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, AI training, or extraction tools
• Deploy bots or automation tools (except standard search engine indexing compliant with robots.txt)
• Interfere with platform operation
• Reverse engineer platform systems

Intellectual property misuse is governed under the Realm Agreement.

4. User Content & Submissions

Users who submit feedback, comments, or content grant MagiTomes LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such submissions.

Public user content may be moderated or removed.

5. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Violation of this Policy
• Violation of the Realm Agreement
• Security threats
• Repeat infringement under the DMCA Policy

6. Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of Vermont.

Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation in Vermont.

If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Vermont.

Class Action Waiver:
All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive participation in class or collective actions.

7. Modifications

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
