Welcome to Realm of Warriors, published by MagiTomes LLC. By accessing this website, creating an account, downloading materials, or participating as a Realm Pioneer, you agree to the following terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this site and its materials immediately.

Realm of Warriors is built on creativity, trust, and shared imagination. Respect the craft, honor the creators, and protect the Realm.

1. Ownership of Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Rule systems
• Game mechanics presentation
• Artwork
• Logos
• Written material
• Character concepts
• Factions
• Lore
• Digital downloads
• Layout and formatting
• Branding and trade dress

is the intellectual property of MagiTomes LLC unless otherwise stated.

Realm of Warriors and all related marks are protected by copyright and trademark law.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• View content for personal use
• Download purchased materials for personal use
• Print copies for private gameplay
• Share feedback if participating as a Realm Pioneer

This license does not grant permission to redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Copy or reproduce content for public distribution
• Upload or share digital files publicly
• Post full game materials online
• Pirate or redistribute purchased content
• Remove copyright notices
• Claim authorship of Realm of Warriors material
• Use Realm of Warriors assets in competing products
• Scrape, data mine, or automate content extraction

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in:

• Account termination
• Revocation of access
• Legal action
• Statutory damages under applicable copyright law

4. Realm Pioneer Confidentiality

If you participate as a Realm Pioneer, you acknowledge:

• You may receive early access materials
• Materials may be unfinished or unreleased
• You agree not to publicly distribute, share, upload, or reproduce these materials
• You will not pirate or distribute beyond personal play groups

Being a Pioneer is a position of trust.

Violation of this trust may result in permanent removal and possible legal remedies.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or content:

• You grant MagiTomes LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback
• You represent that your submission does not infringe on third-party rights

This prevents future disputes over “you used my idea.”

6. Digital Downloads & License Scope

Purchased digital materials are licensed, not sold.

You may:

• Store copies on personal devices
• Print for home use
• Use during in-person or private online games

You may NOT:

• Share files publicly
• Upload to file-sharing services
• Distribute in Discord servers
• Sell or resell copies
• Modify and redistribute derivative works

7. Account Termination

MagiTomes LLC reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Revoke Pioneer access
• Remove content access
• Restrict services

at its sole discretion if these terms are violated.

8. No Warranty

All materials are provided “as is.”

Realm of Warriors is an evolving system. Mechanics, lore, and rules may change.

We make no guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagiTomes LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Data loss
• Business interruption

arising from use of this website or its materials.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Vermont law.

Before filing any claim, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation conducted in Vermont.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Vermont, administered under applicable arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted individually.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER:
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class or collective actions.

Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

11. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
